Practice:  I practice principally in the area of family law and am a qualified divorce mediator pursuant to Rule 1:40.  I also handle litigation matters, business and real estate transactions.

 

Community:

 

Volunteer Panelist, Morris County Early Settlement Panel (2004-present)

As a panelist for the Early Settlement Panel program, the Court appoints me to assist other attorneys and parties in resolving their divorce cases.

 

Economic Mediator  As a qualified mediator, I am appointed by judges and attorneys to serve as mediator for divorce and post-divorce matters.  I have mediated hundreds of cases over the past three decades and enjoy a very high mediation resolution rate.
